Our team conducts​​ your PDI using our proprietary mobile platform to streamline the warranty repair process. Our inspector leads a detailed walkthrough of your condo unit with you (or your authorized designate) explaining how key home components like heating, plumbing, and electrical work. During the 45-60 min. inspection, we check the unit for any damaged, missing, incomplete, or malfunctioning items from countertops and flooring to doors, windows, and finishes and flag any unauthorized substitutions from the Purchase Agreement. Each deficiency is logged directly in RDS Pro with notes and high-quality images in real time, eliminating paperwork and reducing management for your Customer Care team.

 

Once the inspection is complete, the PDI Form is reviewed and signed digitally right in the app, giving you an accurate, timestamped record of your unit's condition before possession. You will then review and sign the Certificate of Completion and Possession (CCP) with your builder, which sets your warranty enrolment number and warranty start date. If an issue is found after move-in that wasn't caught during the PDI, it can be reported by the purchaser on the 30-Day Form or the Year-End Form to ensure consumer coverage and compliance with Tarion.
