Protecting your investment after your New Home Warranty expires
Your condo finishing materials (i.e. kitchen cabinets, paint finish and colour, baseboards, flooring, doors, hardware) were custom installed during the initial construction of your building, meeting or exceeding Tarion's construction performance guidelines and the Ontario Building Code. The original materials must be sourced from several different suppliers to match your pre-existing finish.
In addition, the New Home Warranty expires after 1 year of occupancy, and it becomes the purchaser's responsibility to repair and maintain the elements within their condo unit. Our team will provide a comprehensive assessment of your condominium and provide you with a no-obligation estimate for renovations, repairs and recurring maintenance.
