1. Where can I download the RDS Pro mobile app?To get a licence for your organization, contact App Sales at 1-844-939-5400, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

2. What is a Pre-Delivery Inspection?A Pre-Delivery Inspection (or PDI) is a mandatory walk-through of your new condo unit prior to you taking possession. During the PDI, the builder shows you how to use the home’s systems and documents any incomplete, damaged, missing or inaccessible items on a formal checklist.

3. How do your deficiency repair services work?Renew works with developers to prepare condominium suites for occupancy. After move-in, our team works with Customer Care departments to repair warrantable Tarion deficiencies.

What kind of deficiencies do you repair?Our team is capable of addressing a variety of trade deficiencies including: drywall checkouts and patching, paint touch-ups, miter joint gaps, millwork and trim installation, silicone and caulking, damage to finish flooring, acrylic bathtub repairs, stainless steel refinishing, curtain wall refinishing and more.

5. What kind of companies do you work with?We work with multi-residential developers, condominium corporations and their management staff to deliver innovation in building services.

6. What is the minimum contract length?We make working with Renew easy. You can contract all of your deficiency repairs or supplement some of your repairs on an "as needed" basis.

7. What is your service area?We provide services in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Kitchener and Waterloo. Our corporate head office is located in Kitchener, Ontario, steps away from the Google Kitchener offices.
