Step 2: Complimentary Estimate

​

A member of our team will inspect your condo and prepare a list of repairs that will make your unit rental-ready. Most finishes in a condo (paint, flooring, cabinets, baseboards, trim, counters, fixtures) are custom-ordered during the construction process. They will need to be sourced from several different suppliers to match your existing finish. Common damages include:​​

• Drywall holes and scuffs

• Cracked corner beads

• Water-damaged drywall

• Peeling and discoloured wall paint

• Laminate flooring damage

• Crooked Kitchen or Bath cabinet doors

• Peeling cabinet doors

• Damaged baseboards and trim

• Discoloured or mouldy silicone and caulking​​​

• Moisture damage in Bathroom

Step 3: Schedule and Complete Repairs

​

Once the quote is accepted, we will schedule your repairs with our Maintenance Technicians, with a detailed timeline for completion. Once repairs are complete, we will email you an invoice or you can pay in-person via our Square reader.

 

Our uniformed team is trained, certified, fully-​​​​​​​​insured and ready to answer any question you may have about your condo unit repairs. Scheduled maintenance programs are available for both condo repairs and condo eco-cleaning. Same-day repair turnovers are available, depending on the scope of work.
