​​​A Pre-Delivery Inspection or "PDI" is a mandatory walkthrough attended by the purchaser and builder that takes place prior to occupancy. The PDI is your first opportunity to view your completed condominium unit. During the inspection, your builder familiarizes you with the functions of your unit. You also have the opportunity to note any incomplete, missing, damaged, inaccessible or inoperable items in your home to verify their existence before occupancy.
