Our services cover a full range of finishing trade deficiencies. Our technicians are trained in Tarion's Construction Performance Guidelines, ensuring each repair meets the standard for warrantable condominium claims.

How do your PDI repair services work?

We work with high-volume developers to prepare condominium suites for occupancy. After move-in, our team works with Customer Care teams to repair warrantable Tarion deficiencies.
