Occupancy Repair Approach
Step 1
Our Site Supervisor performs a 10-min. suite audit, noting any warrantable deficiencies according to CPG guidelines. The digital audit report is submitted in real-time using the RDS Pro mobile app.
Step 2
Our Technicians repair all approved items, including any last-minute change orders. All work areas are cleaned of dust, debris and refuse. Workmanship includes an optional 1-Year Warranty.
Step 3
The finished repairs are documented in order to timestamp completion. Digital timesheets are created and submitted with each billing cycle.
